Checklist

INTRODUCTION

The driver needs to use the checklist feature on the DispatchTrack mobile device before leaving the warehouse. This is to ensure that he doesn’t carry any equipment that is faulty even before it leaves the warehouse. This way, he has a list of all equipment that he is carrying, along with details of what he has rejected and for what reason. These details, of course, are viewable in the DispatchTrack website at the warehouse too.

How do I use checklist?

1. In the mobile device, tap on the “Checklist” icon at the bottom .

2. We get to see a list of all the Line Items, ordered by the Service Orders.

3. If everything looks fine about the equipment, tap on the check box to the left of the Line Item to check it.

4. If any notes are to be entered, tap the notepad & pen icon at the right side.

5. In the resulting window, pick the Return Code from the drop down and enter any notes if required. Tap on the OK button.

6. Having accepted or rejected the Line Item, tap on the “Confirm” button at the bottom.

7. Sign in the next screen when prompted to and tap the “Done” button.

8. If any Line Item is to be edited, tap the Edit button in the next window. Else, the job’s

done.
