INTRODUCTION

The DispatchTrack mobile application is used by drivers on their mobile devices to execute a Route and capture job completion details such as order status, pictures, notes, customer signature and survey. DispatchTrack can be used on any Apple or Android device. This includes both phones and tablets. The following features are available in the mobile application :

• Driver checklist for the driver to accept or reject any equipment at the warehouse
• View the route and Service Order details
• Get turn-by-turn instruction guide to the location
• Capture job status
• Use the Alerts feature for Instant Messaging to correspond with the warehouse official
• Get claim waiver forms signed by the customer
• Upload notes and pictures from the customer location
• Obtain a survey on the spot
• Send a Delivery Receipt
• Use the automated Call Ahead feature to intimate the customer of his arrival, along with the ETA.
