INTRODUCTION

Expected Times of Arrival and Delays are easily monitored on the Dashboard. The details of the Service Units below the map display details of ETA at the next stop and also warns of any delays.

In the picture below,

• notice that for Service Units D2 and D3, the Route ETA is shown. This is the time the Service Units are expected back at the warehouse.
• the ETA for stops 2 and 3 for the Service Unit D2 is shown
• for Service Unit D3, the last stop shows the ETA in red since it is beyond the Window Time of 5 PM
