Finishing the Order

INTRODUCTION

Once an Order is executed, the only thing left is to finish it. DispatchTrack allows every party involved in the delivery of the service to be intimated about the service and also ensures that a feedback is sent via a survey to the warehouse for appropriate action.

How to finish an Order?

1. Once the delivery of the product is done, if all the products have been accepted by the customer and the installation is complete and you’re ready to go, tap the “Finish” button. You are prompted to obtain the customer’s signature.

2. Put a check against each Product delivered and tap the “Confirm” button.

3. In the next screen, obtain the customer’s signature and tap the “Done” button.

4.The next screen that pops up is the Feedback Request screen that asks if the survey is to be taken at the spot, have it e-mailed or decline the survey.

5. If “Take Survey Now” is chosen, the customer can take the survey on the tablet, add any comments that he/she wishes to and tap the “Submit” button to submit it. The customer is thanked for taking the survey and needs to tap the “Ok” button.

6. If an e-mail survey is opted for, the customer is asked to enter their email address. Once that is done, the “Send Survey” button is clicked and the survey is sent to that address.

7. The job is marked as Finished. A Receipt may be sent to customer by clicking on the Order marked Finished once again. You get a Send Receipt button. When you click it, you’re prompted to enter the customer’s email address. When that is done and the OK button tapped, the Receipt is sent to the customer’s email address and a confirmation message pops up on the mobile device that the receipt has been sent.

8. If unable to finish the job, for instance, when a certain Product has gotten damaged during transit or some such situation wherein the Service needs to be done some other time, tap the “Unable to Finish” button. In the resulting window, enter the reason for the inability to finish and tap on the “OK” button.

9. Once all the Orders for the Route are done, tap the “Finish Route” button and tap “Yes” in the popup that asks for confirmation of the same.

10. Tap on the “Return Home” button to view a map of the return Route.
