History

The History of a service may be viewed by clicking on the Service Orders tab and clicking on a Service Order. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see the History of the Service there.

The oldest entry is at the bottom and newer entries get added at the top. The first entry should be the one corresponding to the creation of the Order and then progressively move upwards as and when the Order was accessed and modified, either in the web application of DispatchTrack or in the mobile device. Status changes, Notes and Pictures uploaded, customer signature obtained for accepting/rejecting any equipment, etc., are all available in minute to minute detail, until the point where the status of the Service Order is Finished.
