Alerts

INTRODUCTION

DispatchTrack has identified about 15 events on the field about which store/warehouse personnel can be alerted about. These include, an ETA delay, unable to start unloading and installing equipment at a customer location, driver straying away from his designated route etc.

The required Alert can be configured by clicking on the pencil icon at the far right of each Alert and in the window that pops up, specify the email addresses of all those who need to receive the Alert and also customize the body (content) of the alert. The Save button will have to be clicked following this and back at the Alerts screen, you would have to enable the Alert by putting a check mark in the corresponding checkbox.
