Customer Notification

The Customer Notification section of the Admin tab is where one may configure the various customer-notification methods about a due Delivery. There are options to notify the customers even before an Order may be scheduled for delivery, merely to confirm if one may proceed to schedule an Order. Once the Order is scheduled for delivery in DispatchTrack, for a particular day and time, one may notify the customer about the scheduled date and time, giving them options even at that point in time to either confirm the Order or reschedule it for another day or time (this is usually done a day prior to the actual Delivery). Customers may be notified not just by triggering calls but also by emails and SMS Text method.

Another facet of the Customer Notification feature is that the driver may trigger an automated call, just before leaving to the next customer's location, to notify them of his arrival and ETA.

All the settings mentioned above are what can be configured and customized in the Customer Notification section.
