INTRODUCTION

The Drivers link is where one may add and define a Driver. There is provision to enter a lot of details about the Driver which includes, among other things, a picture of the Driver. Some of the drivers details, which includes his picture would then be available to your customers who make use of the Track Widget feature in your website. You may add and define any number of Drivers.

Caution: Although it is theoretically possible to ‘delete’ a Driver once he has been added, if a Driver is added and has been selected for a Route for a day, it wouldn’t be possible to delete that Driver. This is because the Driver has become associated with a Route for at-least one day and is now part of the History of that Route. You may, however, make the Driver ‘Inactive’, which means that you wouldn’t be able to assign him for any Routes in future, until he is made ‘Active’ again.
