Email Template

Email Template is where one may configure the content of the body of the mail that goes to a customer if the customer chooses to get the survey emailed to his/her email address rather than taking it on the driver's mobile device.

In the 'From Address :' box, enter the from address that the customer would see, when the email survey is triggered.

In the 'Subject Line :' box, enter the subject of the email. Typically it would be something like "Customer Satisfaction Survey".

In the 'Body:' box, the message asking the customer to take the email survey is entered. A very important point to be noted is that this message is customizable at any point in time and anybody with access to the Admin tab (i.e., personnel with Admin role) would be able to edit the content. The tags that you see (such as {{customer_tag}}, {{business_name_tag}} etc.) get translated to the actual detail in the mail.

You may preview the survey by clicking on the Preview button.

All this done, the Save button needs to be clicked, in order to save the changes.
