The Manifest link is used to view and print out the Manifest or the paper version of the Route, as also to export data from DispatchTrack on to a .txt file. Some businesses use the printout to be given to the driver as a backup, to be used in situations when the DispatchTrack app cannot be used. Printouts may be obtained in the Portrait or Landscape format. The data may be filtered for date, Service Type or Job Type, Account (if enabled) and Service Unit.

The Manifest link is also used to export the data from DispatchTrack as a .txt file. Clicking on the Export button enables opening up the Manifest file or saving it. The fields are separated by commas, which means that it can be saved as a .csv file, if required. This file may be used to export data from DispatchTrack to a Point-of-Sale (POS) system. What is shown here is a standard template.
       The manifest file may be customized by using the Manifest Template link in the Admin tab. As explained in the article for Manifest Template under the Help heading 'Admin tab', required fields may be selected, separated by commas and the corresponding data may be viewed and exported.
       In the Manifest, data is merely exported from DispatchTrack as a .txt file and it doesn't automatically go to a POS system. The data needs to be explicitly imported in to the POS system, which of course varies from one system to another.
