Release Forms is where you may add Forms (usually Disclaimer Forms or Claim-waiver Forms) that you need your customers to sign on, before or after the delivery or service at a customer's location.

To add a Form :

1. Click on the New Form button.

2. Specify a Title for the Form, key in the content of the Form and click on the Save button to save the changes.

Any number of Forms may be created this way.

In the mobile device, upon the next login, the driver will see the icon Forms along with the rest of the icons. He needs to tap on it, tap on the New Form button and Pick the form that he wants the customer to sign on. The Form opens up. The customer may read it and then sign on it. The driver can then proceed with his job.

In order to view the signed Form at the computer, open up the Order by clicking on it and you will find it under the section Release Forms. Click on it to view it.
