• The Service Unit Summary is a summary report of all the Service Units. The details available in the report include
• the Name of the Service Unit
• the Login name,
• the Service Unit number,
• the default Start Time,
• the default End Time,
• the Load Time (time taken to load the truck once it reaches the dock),
• the Unload Time (time taken to unload any undelivered/returned items once the truck is back at the warehouse at the end of the day),
• the capacity of the Service Unit (in cubic ft),
• the (Time) Window Duration set for the Service Unit in minutes - i.e., the Time Window that is set for every stop based on the scheduled Start Time and End Time (e.g., a two hour window or three hour window that is given to the customer),
• the Hours of Service for a day in minutes,
• the Speed Factor of the Service Unit (default of 1, but can be any number from 1 to 10 that is assigned to a Service Unit - greater the number, longer it takes to cover the distance like while travelling to dense traffic areas.),
• the Status of the Service Unit (whether Active or Inactive)

This report may be filtered for a particular date, exported as a csv file or printed out.
