SKU Return Code Values

SKU Return Code Values are options that the driver may choose from, in a dropdown, when an item has not been delivered at a customer's location. Now, the reason for not delivering an item could be anything - damaged, wrong color, wrong size, customer did not like the item, wrong item etc.

These reasons may be specified by clicking on the New button, entering the reason in the Add New Return Code window and clicking on the Save button. This procedure may be followed to enter any number of reasons.

On the driver’s mobile device, when an item is not being delivered to a customer, when the driver comes to the point of putting a check mark in the checkboxes for the line items just before taking the customer's signature, he leaves the undelivered item unchecked and taps on the pencil icon at the right side to enter the reason - at this point, the SKU Return Code Values show up for selecting. The driver selects the appropriate value, enters any Notes if required and then taps on the OK button.
