Survey Questions is where the questions that are asked in the Survey are configured. There are a set of three questions already given, by default. You may alter the questions, disable them if you like, add more questions by clicking on the Add Question button etc.

Each of your questions would have to be any of three types :

• 5-star Rating
• Yes/No
• Comment

Once you're done with configuring the questions, click on the Save button to save the changes.
