Survey Responses

Survey Responses gives us a Report of each customer and information about whether they have taken the survey or not. Under the Survey Status column, one gets to see the status - whether the customer has taken the survey, declined it and whether a mail was sent by virtue of the customer having opted to take an email survey.

Customers who have declined the Survey on the driver's mobile device and whose Order contains an email address have clickable checkboxes against them which may be checked and the Send Survey Email button at the bottom of the page clicked on to send them an email survey from the computer.

The list of responses may be customized by selecting from the filters for Account (if Account is enabled), Start Date, End Date, Service Unit and Survey Status and then clicking on the Go button. A Keyword Search may also be made if one is looking for a particular word.
