The Survey Setup section contains links that enable you to customize the Surveys which may be presented by the driver, on the mobile device, to the customer, after having completed his job at the customer's location. The customer has the choices of taking the survey then and there on the driver's mobile device, may get the survey emailed to his/her email address or may choose to decline taking the survey.
