In the Survey Statistics screen one may view the statistics of the 5-star rating questions in Surveys taken by customers. There are 3 segments :

1. Survey Rating Distribution : Here we get to see in a pie-chart, the percentage of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 that customers have given in 5-star Rating questions of the Surveys
         Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Survey Questions and the date range may be chosen and the Go button clicked, to view the pie-chart.

2. The Average Rating section gives us an insight to the actual question itself and the average rating for each of these 5-star rating questions for a specific date or date range may be obtained.
         Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit and the date range may be chosen and the Go button clicked, to view the average rating of each question.

3. The Hot Sheet Report section gives us an insight to the low ratings that customers have given in each 5-star rating question.
        Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up the Hot Sheet Report. The required Service Unit and the date range may be chosen and the Go button clicked, to view customer-wise, the number of questions with low ratings and the average rating.
