Track Widget is an extremely popular feature of DispachTrack wherein customers can get the latest update about the status of their Order once it has been scheduled in DispatchTrack. The code on the right side can be copied and pasted in your business’ website. It would then contain a window - The Track Widget.

Customers coming to your website will now be able to put their telephone number that they have given you or their Service Order Number, click on the Find button and get a status of their Order in a new Window or tab.

All details about the Order, including the address that the items would be delivered to, the date, the list of items that would be delivered, their Stop number, the Time Window of delivery is available. If you have entered the Drivers’ details in the Drivers section of your Admin tab and have assigned a Driver to the route, the drivers’ details, replete with his picture (if you have uploaded it in the drivers’ details) is all available for the customer to see. The customer may also click on the Calendar icon to block the time window as an appointment or event in their mail calendar.

If the customer checks the status of the Order on the day of the delivery, once the route has begun, they get further details, such as the ETA of the delivery, the stop that the truck is at, at the moment and also get to see the location of the Truck on the map.
