1. In the Home Tab, look below the map. You see the Collapse link.

2. When it is clicked, the summary details of the Service Units are displayed and the link changes its name from Collapse to Expand.

3. When the Expand link is clicked, the summary details are rolled back and the link changes back to Collapse

Here's a legend of what you see when you are in the Collapse view :

• Scheduled
• In Transit
• Unable to Start / unable to Complete
• Started
• Partial Order Completed
• Finished
• Canceled
• Reconciled
• In Transit but outside the Window Time
• Event
