INTRODUCTION

As the drivers are performing their field jobs, you can monitor the progress from your office by using the DispatchTrack web portal in real-time. The Home Page of DispatchTrack allows viewing every update made, every note added, every picture uploaded as indeed view the details of the progress of the trucks on their way to the customer location, possible.

Real-Time monitoring from the Dashboard

To monitor current day’s field activities, click on the Home tab,also known as the Dashboard. You can get real-time information about your Service Units and Service Orders here:

• The map shows green pins to indicate current GPS location of each truck.
• Just below the map, all Service Units are displayed, along with their Orders. If you are using only one Service Unit, this information will be displayed to the left of the map.
• The Dashboard is automatically updated every 2 minutes.
• For each Service Order, the following information is displayed:
• Last GPS updated time is displayed right next to the Service Unit name, and if it has been more than 30 minutes, this will be displayed in red.
• Click the Summary By Date link on the Dashboard to view summary information, date-wise.
