The Delivery Report is a comprehensive report that gives details about an Order or a set of Orders. The Delivery Report link that is available in the Reports tab, as opposed to the one inside an Order, enables viewing a bulk report. Of course, the report may be customized to view data for only one Service Unit, or, if Accounts are enabled, then for one specific Account etc.

The Report is available in two formats, a pdf format and a csv format. While the pdf format of the report is more pictorial and descriptive - in the sense that it displays some details, such as the signature of the customer etc., the csv report is easily customizable by virtue of opening up in a spreadsheet. Considering that the csv report opens up in a spreadsheet, it is possible to filter for specific data and view only what is required, apart from being able to create Pivot Tables etc., for more in-depth analyses.

Clicking on the Line Item Report gives a report in spreadsheet format, containing more or less all the important columns of the Delivery Report but each row containing data for Line Items as opposed to the entire Order in a Delivery Report
