DRIVER CHECKLIST

INTRODUCTION

When the driver undertakes to start on a Route from a warehouse, he inspects the goods that he is driving, updates his notes and pictures in his Tablet and then sets forth. These details can be viewed, managerial notes added and stored for future reference.

How do I view the Driver Checklist?

1. In the Service Unit tab, click on the link “Driver Checklist” above the map.

2. We’re taken to the Driver Checklist window describing details of the Service Orders the driver has acknowledged as having accepted/refused to transport, under the Load Out Report column. Notice that for stop 3, the driver has noted that the ‘Item is good’ for the first order, but for the second order, has noted ‘Item looks damaged’

3. The notes icon at the extreme right can be clicked on to add additional managerial notes

4.Any changes made needs to be saved by clicking on the Save button.

Note: Any equipment that is rejected by the driver at the warehouse doesn’t show up on the checklist that the customer signs on once the service is over at the customer location. Also, the Product Disposition Form at the bottom of the screen shows a list of equipment rejected by the Driver.
