DVIR Forms is where you may view the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report forms that have been used by the Drivers on a daily basis to sign off the vehicle inspection report. It is possible to filter the list by Service Units and Date.

The DVIR Form is configured in the Admin tab by clicking on the link Edit DVIR Form and defining the fields
