Edit Schedule

INTRODUCTION

The Edit Schedule button in the Service Units tab is an easy option to make any alterations to the Route, with respect to the Order Details, service time and Service Unit. Here’s how to use it.

How to “Edit Schedule”

1. Click on the Edit Schedule button for a route that you’ve chosen in the Service Units tab. :

2. From the stops on the left side, you can alter any Order by clicking on the customer’s name. You’re taken to the Service Order screen from where you may click on the Edit button at the top right and edit the order. Finally, the Save button is clicked to save the changes. In the example here, the customer Olive is clicked on.

3. Back at the Edit Schedule screen, edit time settings by clicking on the Edit Route Settings icon as shown in the picture below.

4. Add any events (such as a Lunch Break for the Driver) by clicking on the Add Events icon

5. Lock the Route by clicking on the Route Lock icon

6. Lock the time settings by clicking on the Time Lock icon

7. Pick from “Shortest Distance”, “Farthest First”, “Reverse Route” and “Sort By Time” for the route. Save by clicking on the Save button at the top right corner of the screen.

8. You may select a truck from the dropdown on the left side.

9. The Calc Time button may be clicked to recalculate the time based on any changes made to the schedule.

10. The Save button at the bottom of the stops or at the top (above the map) may be clicked, to save any changes made. If the time has not be calculated after making the changes, it is recalculated.

11. Once the Save button is clicked, notice the changes in the stops on the left side.
