Publish Survey Comments is where one may view Comments made by a customer in a Comment type of 'question' in the survey and push them on to a Facebook page, Twitter or the business' website.

The Comments may be filtered for a particular keyword, a Start Date, an End date and Service Unit, and the Go button clicked, to view the list of comments. The required comment may be pushed to Facebook, Twitter or the website by clicking on the 'f', 'Tweet' or the 'w' button.

Note : This can be effectively done only once the settings for Facebook and/or Twitter have been defined (in the Social link under the Survey Setup section in the Admin Tab) or the Customer Comment Widget has been added in the business' website (by copying the code available in the Customer Comment Widget link under Survey Setup section in the Admin Tab and adding it to the code of the website).
