Return Items

The Return Items Report is used to view the list of returned items i.e., items which went loaded on a Truck but was not delivered at a customer location for whatever reason - customer did not accept the item, the item was damaged etc

The Report gives a lot of details :

The Stop number, the Service Order number, the Scheduled start and end time, the Actual start and end time, the Status of the job along with the Line Item details such as the Line Item description, Location, SKU#, Scheduled Quantity, Actual Quantity delivered, Return Code (as chosen by the driver from the dropdown on the mobile device, while not delivering an Item, which in turn is specified in the SKU Return Code Values link in the Admin tab), and the Transfer Location which is an entity that may be updated by tapping on the Edit icon (the pencil and notepad icon) at the end of the Line Item.

Clicking on the the Edit icon also lets you enter any Notes that you might want to add regarding the returned Line Item and also lets you update the Reason Code in case required.

The report may be filtered for a particular date or a Service Unit. A printout may also be obtained by clicking on the Print button.
