Service Order filter fields is where you may select the fields that you want to appear in the Service Orders tab, using which you can filter the Orders.

Simply select the field that you want to appear for filtering in the Service Orders tab and click on the Add button to move it to the box on the right. Your changes made, click on the Save button to save the changes. When you go over to the Service Orders tab now, you will notice the fields that are available for filtering there

In the Service Orders tab, while filtering for specific data from a drop-down is easy, the wildcard character "%" may be used to represent any character or characters when performing a search in a Text Box field.
