Service Time Setup is where you specify different time durations required for each of the Service types defined under Service Types.

To specify new Service Times :

1. Click on the New button.

2. Choose the Order Category, the logical operator and the value from the dropdowns

3. Specify the Service Time.

4. Click on the Create button to save the changes.
