The Social link is used to configure your business' Facebook page and Twitter page settings. The instructions to configure the Facebook settings may be seen in the Help article 'Configure Facebook Settings'.

Once done, click on the Save button to save the changes.

Note : The actual picking of the comments and pushing is done from the Survey tab once these details have been specified. Click on the Survey tab and then on the Publish Survey Comments link. In the comment that you would like to publish on your website, click on the 'f' button or the 't' button at the right end of the comment to push it to Facebook or Twitter.
