Statistics

The Statistics Link is very similar to the Survey Statistics link in the Survey Tab. When you click on the Reports tab, the Statistics tab is where you're taken to, by default. There are plenty of charts available and each of them has a 'More' link at the bottom right corner of it, when you click which, customization of the data being viewed is possible.

1. The On Time report displays the chart for week-to-date data of items that have been delivered and whether or not they have been delivered within the given time window. Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format

2. The Average Customer Satisfaction report displays the chart for week-to-date data of the average of the 5-star rating questions in the Survey. Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format

3. The Mileage report displays the chart for week-to-date data of distance travelled/to be travelled each day. Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format.

4. The No. of stops report displays the chart for week-to-date data of the number of stops to be covered each day. Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format.

5. The Deliveries in Volume report displays the chart for week-to-date data of the volume (in cubic feet) of all the deliveries for each day. Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format.

6. The Deliveries in Value($) report displays the chart for week-to-date data of the amount (in dollars) of all the deliveries for each day. Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format.

7. The No. of Items Delivered report displays the chart for week-to-date data of the number of items that have actually been delivered, of all the deliveries for each day. This data is contrasted with the number of items that have been invoiced. Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format.

8. The Route Time report displays the chart for week-to-date data of the actual time taken to cover a Route. This data is contrasted with the DispatchTrack-calculated time to cover the Route Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format.

9. The Average Time per stop report displays the chart for week-to-date data of the actual time taken to cover a Route. This data is contrasted with the DispatchTrack-calculated time to cover the Route Clicking on the More link at the bottom right corner of the section opens up a window in which further customization is possible. The required Service Unit, Driver and date/date-range may be selected and the Go button clicked, to view the data. The 'Download CSV' button may be clicked to download the report in the csv format.

This report may be filtered for a particular date, exported as a csv file or printed out.
