The 'Thank you Redirect URL' is used to specify a URL to which the customer may be taken to, once he/she has completed taking the Survey sent to them either via the Email option from the driver's mobile device or from the Send Survey button inside a Service Order.

It is usually your business' website that is specified but it is not mandatory.
