The Web Survey Template is used to customize the way the Survey looks when it is sent to a customer, either via Email or using the Send Survey button from inside a Service Order for which a survey has not been taken.

By default, it is a blank window, but you may click on the 'Default Template' button to get a piece of HTML code that displays the Survey. You can preview it by clicking on the 'Preview' button. Any required modification may be done and the Save button clicked to save the changes.
